About the artist
Wyatt Collins (b.2001) melds photography and sculpture, fashioning forms and images that pull from Brutalism, Surrealism, and Post-War art. In his one of his latest sculptures, "The Landing," Wyatt freezes time, capturing the instant of collision between two opposing forces, infusing the space with tension. Within his artistry, themes of solitude, apprehension, the daunting unknown, and the flicker of hope dance, weaving a tapestry that delves into the relationships he shares with himself, with others, and with the natural world. Through his blended mediums of photography, and metal, Collins brings viewers into a realm where they are encouraged to ponder the depths of the human experience.
